The research cooperation signing ceremony between Bangladesh Council of Scientific and Industrial Research and Bangamata Sheikh Fojilatunnesa Mujib Science and Technology University was held Thursday morning in BCSIR鈥檚 meeting room in Dhaka.
BCSIR chairman professor Md Aftab Ali Shaikh attended the ceremony as the chief guest, while vice-chancellor of BSFMSTU professor Md Kamrul Alam Khan was present as the special guest, said a press release.
After signing the memorandum of understanding, both the guests hoped that this signing ceremony would be a milestone in the area of collaborative scientific research, publications, technical conferences, blue economy, and seaweed research in near future.
Among others, Md Delwar Hossen, member (admin) with Md Nazim Zaman, member (science and technology), member (finance), member (development) BCSIR secretary Md Selim Reza, senior scientists, teachers of BSFMSTU and other officials were present in the ceremony.
