Chief Justice Syed Refaat Ahmed has nominated Justice Md Rezaul Haque to settle the urgent matters related to the cases of the Appellate Division during the vacation from September 8 to October 17.
The Supreme Court administration in a notification signed by additional registrar SK Md Aminul Islam, said Justice Md Rezaul Haque would hold the hearing in the Chamber Judge Court of the Appellate Division from 11:00am as a vacation judge on September 9, 11, 12, 18, 19, 23, 24, 30, and on October 2, 7, 8, 16, and 17.
Meanwhile, the office hour at the Appellate Division has been set from 9:00am to 3:00pm during the vacation.
