Defending champions Fortune Barishal will be looking to reinstate their dominance as they face Rangpur Riders in their second encounter in the Bangladesh Premier League at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium today.

Rangpur are flying high by securing five consecutive wins in the tournament, with their recent seven-wicket triumph over Dhaka Capitals and beating Sylhet Strikers by eight wickets in the Sylhet phase.
Meanwhile, Tamim Iqbal-led Barishal suffered only one defeat in four matches so far, which came against Rangpur.聽
Rangpur are on the top of the table with 10 points in five matches and second-places Barishal have six points after four matches.
In their first meeting, they were outplayed by Rangpur, as Saif Hasan鈥檚 impressive 62 and Alex Hales鈥� 49 led Barishal to a comfortable chase of a modest 125 runs at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium.
However, Barishal bounced back comprehensively, registering back-to-back victories against Durbar Rajshahi and Sylhet Strikers by seven wickets in both matches.
In the second match of the day, newcomers Dhaka Capital will take on Chittagong Kings at 6:30pm at the same venue.
Newcomers Dhaka are still in search of their first win, losing all the first four matches in the ongoing tournament.
On the other hand, Chittagong are on a balanced side with one win and one loss in their two matches.
