Prime Bank PLC announced its annual dividend payment for the year 2023 during a board meeting held on Monday, said a press release.
The bank鈥檚 board of directors adopted its annual audited financial statements at the meeting and recommended 17.50 per cent cash dividend to its shareholders for the year 2023.
According to the audited financial statements for the year 2023, the consolidated net profit after tax stood at Tk 480 crore, earnings per share stood at Tk 4.24, net asset value per share stood at Tk 30.76 and net operating cash flow per share stood at Tk 10.09, the release said.
