Nilufer Zafarullah has been re-elected chairperson of Midland Bank PLC for the next two years during the bank鈥檚 155th board meeting held on June 30, said a press release.
At the meeting, Md Shamsuzzaman was re-elected vice-chairman of the bank for the next two years.
Nilufer Zafarullah served as vice-chairperson of Midland Bank since its inception until 2018. From 2018, she began serving as chairman of the board of MDB.
