The 177th meeting of the board of directors of Meghna Bank PLC was held recently in its head office at Suvastu Imam Square in Gulshan-1, Dhaka, says a press release.
The vice chairman of Meghna Bank PLC, Tanveer Ahmed, presided over the meeting.
Md Mahamudul Alam, Chairman, Risk Management Committee; Md Ahsan Ullah, Chairman, Audit Committee; Kazi Ahsan Khalil, Managing Director & CEO of Meghna Bank and directors of the board were also present in the meeting.
The ongoing business performances, activities and various credit proposals were approved at the meeting.
