Syed Manzur Elahi has been elected chairman of Mutual Trust Bank PLC, said a press release.
He is founding chairman of MTB and Pioneer Insurance Company Limited.
Rashed Ahmed Chowdhury has been elected vice-chairman of MTB.
Syed Manzur Elahi is also chairman of Apex Group, Grey Advertising (Bangladesh) Limited, Quantum Consumer Solutions Limited, Manusher Jonno Foundation and Sunbeams School Limited.聽
Prior to assuming the role, Rashed Ahmed Chowdhury served as chairman of risk management committee of the bank.
He is also chairman of ABC Building Products Limited, director of Associated Builders Corporation Limited and ABC Real Estate Limited.
