National Credit and Commerce Bank PLC conducted its 11th extra-ordinary general meeting virtually on Tuesday, said a press release.
In the meeting, the bank approved amendments of Article 91, 94(1) and 94(2) of the Articles of Association of the bank.
Chairman Md Nurun Newaz Salim presided over the meeting.
Among others, vice-chairman ASM Mainuddin Monem, directors Sohela Hossain, Syed Asif Nizamuddin, Mohammed Sazzad Un Newaz and managing director M Shamsul Arefin were present.
