The 13th meeting of the newly formed Board of Directors of Union Bank PLC was held at the bank鈥檚 head office at Gulshan-1 in Dhaka on Thursday.聽
Board of Directors chairman Md Fariduddin Ahmed presided over the meeting, said a press release.
Union Bank risk management committee chairman Md Humayun Kabir, audit committee chairman Sheikh Zahidul Islam, independent directors Md Shahidul Islam Zahid, Mohammad Saiful Alam, managing director (CC) Shafiuddin Ahmed and deputy managing director Md Jahangir Alam were present in the meeting. 聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽
