The newly formed audit committee of Union Bank PLC held its 6th meeting at the bank鈥檚 head office at Gulshan-1 in Dhaka on Thursday.
Audit committee chairman Sheikh Zahidul Islam presided over the meeting, said a press release.
Member of the audit committee Mohammad Saiful Alam, managing director (CC) of the bank Shafiuddin Ahmed and deputy managing director Md Jahangir Alam were present in the meeting.
