Prime Bank PLC has launched 鈥楽adaqah Jariyah鈥� account, a new Islamic banking product that will allow customers to donate to charitable causes continuously, said a press release.
With the highest profit rates available, the 鈥楽adaqah Jariyah鈥� account makes sure that donations keep supporting society through approved charities. Customers can choose to donate either in instalments or all at once.
Prime Bank PLC signed an agreement with Dhaka Ahsania Mission recently in this regard.
As a part of launching the product, Prime Bank also signed agreements with Bangladesh Thalassemia Foundation, Centre for Zakat Management and Mastul Foundation. All profits from this account will also go to these organizations. Prime Bank will manage these funds carefully and transparently.
Prime Bank deputy managing director Md Nazeem A Choudhury, among others, was present.
