IFIC Bank PLC celebrated International Women鈥檚 Day 2025 with a special event held at IFIC Tower on Thursday, reinforcing its commitment to fostering an inclusive and merit-based workplace.
According to a press release, Syed Mansur Mustafa, managing director of the bank, attended the event as the chief guest.
He highlighted the significant strides IFIC Bank has made in transforming into a meritocracy-driven and inclusive organization.
He also emphasized the bank鈥檚 dedication to promoting gender equality and fostering a competitive work environment.
Currently, 30 per cent of IFIC Bank鈥檚 workforce comprises female employees, said the press release. Moreover, 283 business branches and uposhakhas are directly led by female employees.
Deputy managing directors Md Rafiqul Islam, Md Monitur Rahman, KARM Mostofa Kamal, and Iqbal Parvez Chowdhury, along with other officials from the head office attended the event.
