Jamuna Roy, 66, mother of Asim Kumar Roy, assistant private secretary to the managing director of Small Farmers Development Foundation under the Rural Development and Co-operatives Division, has died.
She died at Chittagong Medical College Hospital at 8:35pm on Thursday following her breathing problems, said a press release.
She is survived by her husband and three sons. Her 鈥楽hraddha鈥� will be held at his home in Chittagong on Friday, May 3.
All the officers and employees of the SFDF expressed their deep shocked at her death prayed for the salvation of the departed soul.
