A training course on ‘Certified Ethical Hacking’ inaugurated at Bangladesh Computer Council in Dhaka on Sunday with the participation of 15 officials of Bangladesh Bank ICT Cell to strengthen the cyber security of state security and financial institutions.

Officials of the rank of additional director, joint director, deputy director and assistant director of ICT Cell of Bangladesh Bank participated in the 7-day long training programme, organised by the bank, said a press release.


BKIICT unit of BCC are providing overall support in implementing the training programme.

Ranajit Kumar, executive director of BCC, inaugurated the training programme as chief guest while Bangladesh Bank director (ICT) Mohammad Abdur Razzak was present as special guest in the opening ceremony.

BKIIC director Ashok Kumar Roy presided over the event. The inaugural programme was conducted by Madhusudan Chand, regional director of BCC and course coordinator of the training course.
