The training programme on 鈥楺uality seed-potato and horticultural crop production techniques through biotechnology鈥� and 鈥楬ydroponics and aeroponics management at greenhouse鈥� started at Seed Building in the capital鈥檚 Gabtoli on Tuesday.
The training programme, organised by the Agricultural Seed Development and Enhancement through Biotechnology Project under Bangladesh Agricultural Development Corporation, will end today.
BADC chairman Abdullah Sazzad was present as chief guest in the opening session of the 2-day training programme, said a press release.
The BADC chairman said hybrid seed production, hydroponics and aeroponics are modern technologies.
He called on all to produce pure seeds through the greenhouse.
