The reception of the meritorious students was held in a joyful atmosphere on Milestone College permanent campus in Dhaka鈥檚 Uttara area on Monday. About 500 meritorious students of the institution were given honour crests in the grand reception.
After successfully passing HSC from Milestone College, those students, who have got the opportunity to get admission in BUET, Medical, various public universities of the country and reputed universities in the world are honoured through the event, said a press release.
Principal of the college Mohammad Ziaul Alam welcomed everyone in the event. Chairman of the MNRS trust Mamtaz Begum and advisor of the college colonel Nurun Nabi (retired) spoke as guests of honour.
Executive principal of Milestone Preparatory KG School Rifat Nabi Alam and senior director (administration) Md Masud Alam, among others, were present at the reception.
There was an eye-catching cultural programme with the participation of the students, where the individual and group performances of the students impressed everyone.
