The National Museum of Science and Technology organised a seminar and prize distribution programme for young students at the museum in Dhaka on Tuesday on the occasion of ‘International Museum Day’.
Science and technology minister Yeafesh Osman was chief guest on the occasion. He said, ‘We fought for the young generation at the risk of death against the trained Pakistani army, with the hope of an independent country. So the youth should study and become good people and can improve the country by being good workers.
Prizes were awarded to 28 winning students of various competitions on the occasion. It was attended by students, teachers and representatives of educational institutions and science institutions from across the country, said a press release.
