Under the modernisation programme of National Museum of Science and Technology, galleries have been air conditioned with a view to ensure comfortable environment in the museum.
Director general of the museum Muhammad Munir Chowdhury inaugurated the air conditioning system on Tuesday in Biology gallery.
NMST DG Munir Chowdhury said that the museum would be made an international standardised organisation for expanding science education in the country.
鈥業n first phase, Biology gallery and Physics gallery have been air conditioned by installing 19 ACs worth Tk 1.18 crore,鈥� he added.
