A 35-year-old man was shot to death on Monday allegedly by a group of miscreants at Sonaimuri in Noakhali.听
The deceased, Md Jasim, was a resident of Satgharia village under Amishapara of the district.
Sonaimuri police station officer-in-charge Bokhtiar Uddin said that a group of miscreants shot Jasim around 3:45pm after entering his house.
A few days ago, a motorcycle belonging to a local resident was stolen, which led to a dispute between Jasim and the group who allegedly shot him, the OC said.
He added that the police had identified the attackers and were trying to arrest them.听
