Indian Border Security Force returned the body of a Bangladesh national through the Shibganj border.
The deceased was identified as Abdullah, 35, son of Nazrul Islam from Nishipara village under the Panka union of Shibganj upazila in Chapainawabganj district.
Abdullah was shot dead by BSF past Sunday night across the Wahedpur border in Shibganj upazila in the district.
After autopsy, Indian police handed over the body to the police of Shibganj thana through a flag meeting at the Zohorpur Tek border.
The officer in charge of Shibganj thana, Md Sajjad Hossain, confirmed the matter.
