The Supreme Court administration under the directive of Chief Justice Syed Refaat Ahmed distributed relief among 250 families in the flood-affected area of Feni and Noakhali on Thursday.
Each family received a package containing essential supplies, including five kilograms of rice, two kilograms of lentils, 500 grams of dates, two packets of biscuits, four litres of purified water, a packet of noodles, puffed rice, two litres of cooking oil, 10 oral saline sachets, 20 Napa tablets, a packet of sanitary napkins, a packet of semolina, and a packet of powdered milk.
A representative from the Supreme Court visited the flood-hit areas in the two districts to ensure the distribution of these much-needed supplies, according to a press release.
