
A 17-day fall semester 2024 admission fair of the International Standard University began at its Mohakhali campus in Dhaka on Monday.
The ISU vice-chancellor Professor Abdul Awal Khan inaugurated the fair as chief guest.
He said, ‘The ISU is committed to ensuring globally accepted quality education for students to meet the challenges of the 21st century.’
The university also offers part-time jobs to the students during study and full-time job opportunities for qualified students after their graduation, said a press release.
Since its inception in 2018, the ISU has been ensuring world class faculty members, modern campus and various labs and clubs for effective teaching and learning, following outcome based education curricula.
The admission fair will continue till September 26 for LLB, BA in English, BBA, BSc in CSE and BSc in Textile Engineering, MBA and MA in English, with waiver and scholarship from minimum 20 to 100 per cent on tuition fees in 14 different categories.
Acting treasurer of the university HTM Quader Newaz, dean of faculty of business studies Monjur Morshed Mahmud, registrar Mohammad Faizullah Kawshik, Professor Mohammad Ali, among others, were present on the inaugural day of the fair.
