Rokeya Begum, the mother of the High Court Division Justice Mustafa Zaman Islam, passed away on Tuesday afternoon at a hospital in Mymensingh.
She was 80.
Her Namaz-e-Janaza will be held on Wednesday at 10:00am at her village home in Bishmapur at Atpara upazila, Netrokona where family, friends, and well-wishers will gather to pay their final respects.
She is survived by three sons, one daughter and a host of relatives.
