Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Aviation and Aerospace University vice-chancellor air-vice-marshal AKM Manirul Bahar paid a courtesy call on the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh chairman air-vice-marshal Md Monjur Kabir Bhuiyan at the CAAB headquarters in Dhaka on Thursday.
The BSMRAAU pro-VC air commodore Md Moinul Hasnain was also present at the meeting, said a press release.
They held a discussion on creating training course curriculum, conducting timely training courses and joint participation of the two institutions in various training programmes related to aviation with the aim of creating skilled human resources in the aviation sector.
The signing of a memorandum of understanding was also discussed with the aim of increasing cooperation between the two institutions on various issues in the future, the press release added.
