Law and justice division secretary Md Golam Rabbani went into retirement on Wednesday.
A gazette notification, signed by S Mohammad Ali, deputy secretary (admin-2) of the law and justice division, was issued in this regard.
Retirement of law and justice division secretary Md Golam Rabbani was granted as per Section 43(1) (ka) of the Public Service Act-2018, upon reaching the age of 59, the notification said.
The former law secretary will be on his 12-month post-retirement leave till October 9, 2025.
