At least 13 people, mostly students of different colleges and universities, were arrested on Wednesday night for trying to commit robbery at a house in Dhaka鈥檚 Dhanmondi area.
The incident took place at about 10:15pm on Tuesday and they broke the CCTV cameras of the house.
Confirming the incident, Dhanmondi police station officer-in-charge Md Emranul Islam said that they had sent them to the court on Thursday.
鈥楳ost of the arrested are students of different universities and colleges. The attackers entered into the house for committing robbery and they vandalised four CCTV cameras and other belongings of the house,鈥� the OC added.
