
Class XII student at Birshreshtha Noor Mohammad Public College Tasfia Tahsin Purnatha campaigned at different points of Sundarban from December 12 to 14 to increase awareness about saving the forest.
Tasfia Tahsin Purnata is an avid wildlife photographer and illustrator. She has been doing wildlife photography since the age of 14.
She launched the campaign to increase awareness among local people, fishermen, tour operators and tourists.

These posters had various slogans to protect the Sundarbans, stop tree felling and poaching, reduce carbon gas emissions and take measures to prevent climate change.
Earlier on December 7, Tasfia launched a campaign to protect the environment and biodiversity of Sonadia Island, which is threatened by land grabbing, deforestation and pollution.
On that day, she ran this campaign by standing with handwritten posters in different parts of Sonadia and Kaladia islands.
These posters had various slogans to protect Sonadia Island, reduce carbon gas emissions, and take measures to prevent climate change. On the same day, he removed water bottles, food wrappers, polythene etc.
