A stakeholders鈥� workshop, organised by Institute of Glass and Ceramic Research and Testing, was held at the Bangladesh Council of Scientific and Industry Research in Dhaka on Thursday.
BCSIR chairman Samina Ahmed attended as chief guest while its members Kazi Anwar Hossain (development), Md Ifthekhar Ahmed Chowdhury (administration), and Hosne Ara Begum (science and technology) were present as special guests, said a press release.
BCSIR chief scientific officer Shirin Akhtar Jahan presided over the workshop.
More than 300 participants, including researchers, university teachers, and representatives from Crown Cement, AKIJ Cement and other businesses, participated.
