Dhaka University vice-chancellor Professor Niaz Ahmad Khan on Wednesday visited Khaled Hasan at Dhaka Medical College Hospital to check on his physical condition and medical treatment.
The vice-chancellor wished him a speedy recovery, says a press release issued by the Dhaka University public relations office.
The press release also added that during the visit university proctor associate professor Saifuddin Ahmed, Zahurul Huq Hall provost Professor Md Faruk Shah, student movement coordinator Hamza, and Khaled Hasan鈥檚 father along with other family members were present.

With the assistance of the Nilkhet Police Outpost, he was immediately taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
He further mentioned that it was still unclear where Khaled was or who he was with during the past four days as he remained silent about the incident. The full details will likely to emerge once he recovered, Imroz said.
