The Bangladesh Police Service Association on Saturday formed a 35-member ad hoc committee with additional inspector general of police of the Criminal Investigation Department, Md Motiur Rahman Sheikh, as its president to streamline the association鈥檚 activities.
The information was made in a press release issued by the Bangladesh Police Service Association on Saturday.
Police Headquarters additional IGP for administration Md Alamgir Alam and additional IGP for highway police Md Delowar Hossain Mia were made vice-presidents.
Dhaka district superintendent of police Md Anisuzzaman was made the general secretary to the committee, said the release.
At the first meeting of the committee, offices are distributed among 35 members, added the press release.
