The American International University-Bangladesh is set to undergo an external quality assessment site visit by the Bangladesh Accreditation Council to get accreditation for its electrical and electronic engineering programme today.
The event, which will span three days from January 21 to January 23, underscores AIUB鈥檚 commitment to academic excellence and quality assurance, said a press release.
The EQA visit is a direct result of AIUB鈥檚 submission of the self-assessment report for its EEE programme to BAC on May 21, 2024.
The initiative highlights AIUB鈥檚 proactive approach in aligning with national accreditation standards and demonstrates its dedication to fostering a culture of continuous improvement in higher education.
Coordinated and organised by the AIUB Institutional Quality Assurance Cell in collaboration with the EEE Programme Self-Assessment Committee, the visit will
include detailed evaluation of the EEE programme鈥檚 curriculum, teaching methodologies, and student learning outcomes, and review of relevant documentation and policies.
