The orientation programme of the fresher鈥檚 of National Institute of Science and Technology was held at the Bijoy Milanayatan of the institute at Panthapath in Dhaka on Tuesday, said a press release.聽
Principal of the NIST Md Salim Bhuiyan was present as chief guest at the programme, which was presided over by Bilkis Begum, chairman of the NIST Adhoc Committee.聽
Rasheda Begum Hira, former member of the parliament, was present as keynote speaker while Dhaka University professor Mohammed Almujaddade Alfasane and Daffodil Family chief executive officer Mohammad Nuruzzaman were present as special guests at the programme.
Tanjida Supta, principal (current charge) delivered welcome speech at the programme.
