The 8th anniversary of death of Hasna Abedin, founder and former chairperson of American International University-Bangladesh, will be observed today.聽
To mark the day, the AIUB will hold special prayers and a recitation of the Qur鈥檃n, said a press release.
The university will remember her contributions to higher education and pray for blessings and forgiveness for her departed soul.
