The department of apparel manufacturing and technology at BGMEA University of Fashion and Technology hosted spring festival on the campus on Tuesday, celebrating the arrival of spring with vibrant festivities.
The daylong festival was inaugurated by Professor Ayub Nabi Khan, acting vice-chancellor of BUFT, along with Professor Mohammed Rubaiyat Chowdhury, dean of the faculty of apparel studies, Mohammad Imtiaj, director of the department of public relations, faculty members, officers, and students, said a press release.
The festival featured vibrant stall decorations, Alpona, flash mob, cultural performances, and interactive activities, creating a lively and festive ambiance.
The event concluded with a grand cultural programme, showcasing the artistic talents of students.
