Vice-chancellor of Rabindra University, Bangladesh Professor SM Hassan Talukder paid a courtesy call on planning adviser Wahiduddin Mahmud at his home in the capital鈥檚 Baridhara on Friday night.
At the beginning of the meeting, the RUB VC presented the adviser a photo of his visit to Rabindra University to participate in a seminar in 2020, said a press release on Saturday.
The adviser talked about the university鈥檚 DPP, development and the overall progress of various academic activities.
The adviser expressed his determination to always stand by Rabindra University and accepted the VC鈥檚 invitation to visit the RUB in Sirajganj.
The RUB pro-VC Professor Suman Kanti Barua and senior journalist Chakor Malitha, son of Professor Nasimuddin Malitha, who played a key role in the establishment of Rabindra University, were present at that time.
