This is the first-ever international match between the two sides.
Bangladesh have brought in a few changes to their XI as Liton Das made his return replacing Tanzid Hasan Tamim, while Shoriful Islam came in after he was rested in the final two T20Is against Zimbabwe.
The Tigers are playing without Taskin Ahmed, who is recovering from a rib injury.
USA have included Corey Anderson, who played for New Zealand in the past, in the starting XI.
This three-match series is Bangladesh鈥檚 final games ahead of the T20 World Cup, which will start on June 1 in West Indies and USA.
