The 25th annual general meeting of Paramount Insurance Company Limited was held virtually on Wednesday at the Emmanuel's Party Centre in Gulshan of Bangladesh capital Dhaka.
The company chairman Newaz Ahmed presided over the meeting.
In the meeting, the shareholders unanimously approved 10 per cent cash dividend for the year of 2023 in front of the company's board of directors, entrepreneurs and officers.
