Mohammad Mohon Miah has been appointed as additional managing director of Standard Bank PLC, said a press release.
Currently, he is serving as managing director and chief executive officer (acting) of the bank.
He was appointed as head of the bank鈥檚 Islamic Banking Conversion Project in 2020.
Earlier, he served as deputy managing director and head of corporate investments at Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC.
He started his career as a probationary officer in 1985.
