Nazrul Huda has been appointed as chairman of Rupali Bank PLC for a three-year term, said a press release.
He has also been appointed as a director of the bank鈥檚 board.
Finance ministry鈥檚 Financial Institutions Division issued a circular in this regard on Tuesday.
Previously, he served as deputy governor and director of the Bangladesh Bank, where he worked for 35 years.
