Mohammed Nurul Amin has been appointed as independent director and chairman of Global Islami Bank PLC鈥檚 board of directors following his selection by the Bangladesh Bank, said a press release.
He also served as managing director and chief executive officer of Meghna Bank PLC and NCC Bank PLC. He was also independent director and chairman of FAS Finance and Investment Limited.
He completed his BA with honours and masters in economics from the University of Dhaka.
