Mati Ul Hasan has been appointed as managing director of Mercantile Bank PLC, said a press release.
Earlier, he served as additional managing director and chief risk officer of the bank.
He joined Mercantile Bank in 2014 as deputy managing director.
He started his career as a probationary officer at IFIC Bank Limited in 1984.
He completed diploma in banking from the Institute of Bankers, Bangladesh and Associa-tes of the Institute of Bankers, Pakistan.
