Nazia Kabir has recently joined the board of directors of Prime Bank PLC as independent director, said a press release.
She is a partner of Syed Ishtiaq Ahmed & Associates and an advocate at High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
She holds a bar-at-law degree from Lincoln鈥檚 Inn Society in the United Kingdom, an LLB (honours) from the University of Wolverhampton, a master鈥檚 degree in international trade law from Brunel University and a postgraduate diploma from City University.
She is also a member of Bangladesh Supreme Court Bar Association and Dhaka Bar Association.
