Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC held its 413th meeting of its board of directors on Wednesday, said a press release.
Khwaja Shahriar, chairman of the bank鈥檚 board, presided over the meeting held at the Al-Arafah Islami Bank鈥檚 head office in the capital Dhaka on the day.
The overall business performance of the bank was reviewed and several policy decisions were taken at the meeting.
Among others, directors Md Shahin Ul Islam, Md Abdul Wadud, Mohammed Abu Eusuf, Mohammad Asraful Hassan, managing director and chief executive officer Farman R Chowdhury, additional managing director Mohd Rafat Ullah Khan, company secretary Mohammad Nizam Uddin Bhuiyan and other senior executives of the bank were present at the meeting.
