AK Azad has been re-elected chairman of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC鈥檚 board of directors during the bank鈥檚 389th board meeting held on Wednesday, said a press release.
In the meeting, Mohammed Younus and Mohiuddin Ahmed were re-elected vice-chairmen of the bank鈥檚 board.
AK Azad is also managing director of Ha-Meem Group of Companies. He is a former FBCCI president.
Mohammed Younus is also MD of Younus Cold Storage Limited, Ananta Paper Mills Limited and Younus Paper Mills Limited, etc.
Mohiuddin Ahmed is also vice-chairman of Shahjalal Islami Bank Securities and sponsor shareholder of Islami Insurance Bangladesh.
