Islamic Finance and Investment PLC on Monday held its 356th meeting of board of directors at its head office, said a press release.
Chairman Abul Quasem Haider presided over the meeting.
Among others, vice-chairmen Mostanser Billa, KBM Moin Uddin Chisty, directors Anis Salahuddin Ahmad, independent directors Irteza Reza Chowdhury, Shayema Akter and managing director and chief executive officer Mohammed Mosharaf Hossain were present at the meeting.
