Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh president Maria Howlader has recently met with Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales president Malcolm Bacchus at Yashobhoomi convention centre in New Delhi, India on the sidelines of SAFA, said a press release.
The ICAB and ICAEW have been working together in the field of education and professional development for many years and having a memorandum of understanding since 2009 for mutual collaboration and pathways membership arrangement. Both the leaders agreed to work on further renewal of the MoU upon expiry of the same this year.
Among others, ICAB council members Nasir Uddin Ahmed, Md Moniruzzaman, chief operating officer Mahbub Ahmed Siddique and ICAEW senior international business development manager Daniel Westley were present.
