A bilateral corporate health agreement has been signed between Universal Medical College Hospital and Bangladesh Oil, Gas and Mineral Corporation, Petrobangla in short.

The agreement was jointly signed on Thursday by Universal Medical College Hospital managing director Ashish Kumar Chakraborty and Petrobangla secretary Ruchira Islam, said a press release.


Also present at the event were Universal Medical College Hospital assistant general manager (business development) AKM Shahed Hossain and head of corporate Nita Chakraborty, senior executive (corporate business development) Aminul Islam Suman and Petrobangla general manager (planning strategy and resources mobilisation) Bishwajit Saha and deputy general manager (medical) Ambia Khatun.

Under the agreement, all Petrobangla officers, employees and their families will receive special discounts on executive health check-ups, cardiac health check-ups and other health tests at this hospital.

In addition, they will receive emergency healthcare on a priority basis in addition to receiving medical services at a special discount at the hospital.
