Mercantile Bank PLC held Town Hall Meeting at Grand Sylhet Hotel and Resort on Friday.
Managing director Mati Ul Hasan was present as chief guest at the meeting and delivered his speech highlighting on non-performing loan problem, future planning, Islamic banking operations, deposits and ensuring modern tech-savvy customer services.
DMDs Md Zaki Hossain and Ashim Kumar Saha and Sylhet regional head Debojyoti Mojumder spoke in the meeting.
All head of branches and sub-branches, executives and officers from 8 branches and sub-branches under Sylhet region also attended the meeting.
