Nurullah Chaudhury has joined Bank Asia PLC as additional managing director and chief wholesale banking officer on Monday.
Prior to joining Bank Asia, Nurullah served as deputy managing director and head of corporate banking at the City Bank PLC.
Nurullah has an illustrious banking experience of more than 27 years with expertise in wholesale banking, cash management, syndication financing, offshore banking, supply chain financing, non-performing loan management and other key banking areas.
Starting his career with Shamil Bank of Bahrain EC, he has worked with Bank Al-Falah Ltd and the City Bank in key roles through which he has showcased his prudence, dynamism and played a pivotal role in the growth of these organisations.
Nurullah Chaudhury has completed his BS in finance from USA and has also done his Bachelor of Commerce from University of Dhaka. He has also participated in numerous training programmes at both home and abroad.
