Md Rafiqul Islam joined BASIC Bank Limited as deputy managing director on Sunday, said a press release.
Recently, the finance ministry鈥檚 Financial Institution Division issued a gazette notification promoting him from general manager to DMD.
Before the promotion, he served as GM of Sonali Bank PLC.
He completed his graduation and post-graduation in statistics from the Dhaka University. He also achieved a master of professional banking degree from the same university. He is a certified database administrator.
